Last updated: 20 August 2026

Who we are

RRBP Advisors ("RRBP", "we", "us") provides regulatory, compliance, secretarial, accounting and transaction advisory services from India, including to entities established in GIFT City IFSC and notified Special Economic Zones. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we handle it.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us, and a limited amount of technical information generated when you browse.

  • Details you submit — name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message when you use a contact or enquiry form, subscribe to updates, or apply for a role.
  • Engagement correspondence — information you share with us by email or during an advisory engagement.
  • Technical information — page address visited, referring page, approximate device type and a non-identifying visit identifier, recorded to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
  • To send advisory updates and regulatory notes, where you have asked to receive them.
  • To assess applications for employment or engagement.
  • To meet our own statutory, regulatory and professional record-keeping obligations.
  • To understand aggregate website usage and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Analytics and cookies

This website records lightweight, first-party page-view events to measure which pages are read. Where RRBP has enabled Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, those services may set their own cookies and are governed by Google's privacy terms.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking them does not prevent you from reading this site.

Sharing and disclosure

We disclose personal information only where it is necessary:

  • To service providers who host this website or support our internal systems, under confidentiality obligations.
  • To regulators, courts or authorities where we are required by law to do so.
  • To professional advisers where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the matter, and engagement records for the period required by the professional and statutory rules that apply to the work. Where no such requirement applies, we delete information once it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Indian law, you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, or delete it where we are not required to retain it. You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.

To make a request, write to cs@rrbp.in. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Security

We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential documents through a web form without agreeing a secure channel with us first.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The revision date below indicates when it was last changed.
